The BeSafe Flexible Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking.

• The guest will be charged the 20% of the price of the reservation if they cancel before arrival. This amount is insurance covered.
• The guest will be charged the balance of the reservation at the checkin.
• The guest will accept prepayment by: Credit card.
